HOUSTON, TEXAS – Shale-Inland Holdings, LLC today announced the acquisition of Flomax Products, Inc. (www.flomax.com) in a transaction completed on April 28, 2014. Flomax Products, which has earned a reputation for providing products and services for solving common and unusual flow control problems, will retain its name and operate as part of Shale-Inland’s Valves & Automation (V&A) platform. Shale-Inland is a specialty industrial supplier of pipe, valves, fittings and related products and provides technical solutions to the energy and industrial sectors.
Flomax Products, headquartered in Northern California, distributes primarily small diameter valves and actuators to customers across the petrochemical, chemical, mining, refining, and food & beverage industries. Jim Brannan, co-founder of Flomax Products, will continue to lead the Flomax business.
